This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and enhance the Brand.
• Conduct weekly visits to high-volume accounts to pinpoint growth opportunities and meet monthly/quarterly KPIs.
• Propel sales execution by expanding SKU distribution, optimizing shelf space, arranging displays, securing cooler placements, and implementing promotions.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with retailers, brokers, and third-party merchandising partners.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities within the independent channel.
• Assist chain retailers with the launch of new items and retail programs.
• Aid in merchandising, stocking, and display execution, including lifting product cases as necessary.
• Secure additional placements within accounts, such as secondary points of purchase and cooler locations.
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting through retail execution and field management tools (e.g., Repsly).
• Support regional sales initiatives and engage in weekly sales reviews and planning calls.
• Collaborate with field marketing teams to execute programs that enhance market share and sales performance.
• Foster strong relationships with key store contacts to secure additional display and promotional opportunities.
• Consistently service an assigned territory (approximately 10–20 stops per day) with intentional follow-up.
• Strategically plan and prioritize weekly account visits based on business needs and opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, recognizing needs and implementing strategies to promote sales growth.
• Establish trust and credibility with accounts through dependable execution and partnership.
• 2–3+ years of experience in consumer goods sales, ideally in beverage, distributor sales, or similar industries.
• Preferred experience in Conventional, Natural, Convenience, and Independent retail channels.
• Strong business acumen combined with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions with customers.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and field sales reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passionate about understanding consumer behavior and identifying growth opportunities.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Capable of regularly lifting up to 40 lbs and constructing large product displays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Teams is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 95%, including occasional support for other markets, retailers, and trade shows.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and other non-standard hours as business needs dictate.
• Eligible for a biannual bonus.
