This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with key accounts, such as wholesalers and payers.
• Categorize physicians and payers and execute negotiation strategies.
• Advocate for specialized products utilizing comprehensive knowledge of the product and related pathologies.
• Recognize and assess market demands, adapting to shifts within the healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with team members and the medical staff to formulate ongoing sales strategies.
• Ensure CRM records are precise and consistently updated.
• Engage in frequent travel (30%–50% of the time) for client meetings and presentations.
• Monitor sales, oversee territory operations, analyze prescribing patterns, and assess market insights.
• Manage customer communications, call planning, and account activities via digital platforms.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biology, Sales Management, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Bacteriology, or a related healthcare provider discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior sales experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in hematology and oncology.
• Demonstrated experience in key account management.
• Background in promoting specialized therapeutic areas including Oncology, Hematology, Neurology, and Rare Diseases.
• Experience with product launches.
• In-depth knowledge of the Colombian healthcare market and its key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the Colombian healthcare system.
• Experience managing wholesalers, oncology institutions, and payers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced Excel capabilities for tracking sales, managing territories, and conducting data analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
• Competence with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, digital detailing platforms, and remote customer engagement tools.
• Ability to analyze sales performance metrics, prescribing trends, and market insights using reporting tools and dashboards.
• Acquainted with Power BI, Tableau, IQVIA reports, or similar business intelligence instruments.
• Experience with electronic medical and healthcare information systems relevant to the local market.
• Strong digital communication and collaboration skills using SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Must have personal transportation and be available to travel.
• Capability to work independently and manage oneself effectively.
