This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote intricate supply chain software solutions to the healthcare sector.
• Strategically plan and manage both new and existing accounts to meet growth billing targets.
• Develop account business strategies and plans to achieve annual quotas.
• Present GHX solutions, business cases, return on investment (ROI), and competitive analyses to clients.
• Market GHX solutions to C-suite executives and attain their endorsement.
• Identify and validate the needs of prospects while crafting ROI-centered solutions.
• Enhance messaging and sales tools to attract new customers.
• Conduct Strategic Business Reviews to increase product adoption and uncover further customer challenges.
• Facilitate purchasing decisions and present products in a professional manner.
• Safeguard accounts and strategically penetrate competitor-dominated accounts.
• Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, targeting, and qualification.
• Predict sales outcomes, evaluate resource distribution, and plan new business within designated accounts.
• Create solution proposals that encompass business applications.
• Monitor and report sales opportunities in Salesforce.com for precise forecasting.
• Assess and qualify leads and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Support, and other GHX departments to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Stay updated with new technologies and selling points.
• Keep track of healthcare industry trends, impacts on the healthcare supply chain, and competitive activities.
• At least 6 years of experience in software solutions sales or a related field.
• Proven experience in building a pipeline and qualifying as well as identifying deals through to completion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills when engaging with internal and external clients.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or a blend of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Capacity to collaborate with internal teams to finalize sales.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to influence a diverse range of customer stakeholders.
• Understanding of business structures and purchasing cycles.
• Capability to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Ability to articulate and sell a comprehensive solution rather than just specific product features.
• Previous experience in ERP sales and/or healthcare supply chain sales is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with various ERP systems is advantageous.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and other CRM applications is preferred.
