This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the territory that emphasize sustainable growth and ecosystem adoption.
• Actively seek out and secure new customers within the flexographic printing sector.
• Facilitate consultative, outcome-oriented sales discussions that align with the operational objectives of customers.
• Establish and nurture relationships across various levels within customer organizations.
• Work in collaboration with technical experts, channels, and internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions for customers.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, customer challenges, and advancements in flexographic technologies.
• Effectively manage the sales pipeline and territory to meet revenue objectives.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Proven background in consultative or solution-oriented sales.
• A solid track record of meeting sales and business development goals.
• Strong knowledge of sales fundamentals, including prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account growth.
• Willingness and capacity to travel 50–75% of the time.
