This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Act as the main Account Manager for two appliance customer accounts.
• Foster and sustain robust customer relationships across purchasing, engineering, quality, and operations departments.
• Monitor and oversee account performance utilizing a systematic, data-driven approach.
• Ensure precise CRM documentation, account activity logs, and communication records with customers.
• Observe quote activities, analyze win/loss results, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing commercial performance.
• Examine customer trends, market share, revenue performance, and pricing tactics.
• Facilitate and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Address excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory concerns and coordinate recovery strategies as needed.
• Create account forecasts and assist in sales planning initiatives.
• Manage customer inquiries and problem resolution in collaboration with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and plant teams.
• Compile and deliver account performance reports, business analyses, and updates for customers.
• Discover growth prospects and aid in new business development within assigned accounts.
• Travel frequently to customer and manufacturing sites throughout the United States and Mexico.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• 3–8 years of experience in account management, customer service, sales support, program management, or commercial operations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer account documentation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in interpreting and conveying business data effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to manage several priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Valid passport or the ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
