This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with key clients through consistent outreach, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement remain high.
• Oversee accounts to verify that services are active and payments are current.
• Recognize opportunities for upselling within the current client base.
• Manage the onboarding process for new clients, which includes providing product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Take proactive measures to protect the existing client base by identifying at-risk accounts early and implementing strategies to renew, re-engage, and retain clients before they leave.
• Evaluate and process cancellation requests in accordance with company policies.
• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts in HubSpot, complete relevant tasks, and identify opportunities for sales or account retention initiatives.
• Proficiency in business-level English is essential for this position.
• Proficiency in additional languages will be considered beneficial for this role.
• Opportunities for additional performance bonuses based on debt collections, client retention, and upselling efforts.
