• Drive growth within large dairy and feedlot accounts, engaging with key decision makers.
• Meet sales objectives by increasing the adoption of additives in high-volume dairies and commercial feedyards.
• Create and implement account strategies in collaboration with consulting nutritionists.
• Gather and convey insights on ration trends and ingredient economics.
• Facilitate technical discussions, producer meetings, and educational events.
• Engage in dairy and beef industry events to enhance brand visibility.
• PhD in Animal Science, Dairy Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in ruminant nutrition, feed additives, animal health, or livestock sales.
• Preferred direct experience with large-scale dairies or commercial feedyards.
• Strong knowledge of dairy production and/or feedlot performance metrics.
• Experience in ration formulation and additive inclusion strategies is advantageous for success in this role.
• Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time.
