📋 Description

• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers and distributors to enhance loyalty and boost revenue generation.

• Establish proactive communication channels to remain connected with customers, understand their changing needs, and anticipate future requirements.

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by continuously assessing and addressing their needs, preferences, and feedback.

• Identify potential issues or challenges proactively and resolve them swiftly to sustain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Manage all aspects of customer interactions, including negotiating contracts, providing sales quotes, and setting pricing agreements.

• Oversee national account negotiations for both new contracts and existing agreements to optimize terms and conditions for mutual advantage.

• Conduct regular visits to customer locations to offer personalized consultation and expertise on products and services.

• Utilize site visits as chances to strengthen relationships, gather feedback, and discover additional business opportunities.

• Act as the main point of contact between the sales team and upper management, supplying regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

• Leverage market research and sales data analysis to establish realistic sales budgets that align with company objectives and growth targets.

• Forecast sales projections based on customer potential and market opportunities to set achievable goals and revenue targets.

• Participate in various networking opportunities, including local trade associations and industry events, to enhance company visibility and build new business relationships.

• Cultivate strong relationships with sales professionals, manufacturing teams, operations staff, and management to encourage collaboration and synergy across departments.

• Identify and capitalize on sales and service opportunities within the organization to meet strategic business objectives and maximize revenue potential.

• Create comprehensive and flexible business plans tailored to specific sales territories, incorporating market analysis, competitive positioning, and sales strategies.

• Continuously refine business plans based on changing market dynamics, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.

• Work diligently to meet annual sales budgets and targets set by upper management, using strategic sales tactics, effective team management, and proactive problem-solving to achieve results.

• Monitor progress against sales objectives and implement corrective measures as necessary to mitigate risks and seize opportunities for revenue growth.

• Maintain regular and open communication with departments such as marketing, technical, inside sales, and others to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.

• Organize and lead regular manufacturing plant tours to understand business needs, identify potential sales opportunities, and further showcase differentiation and vertical integration in the market.

• Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication, effectively conveying ideas, information, and messages in a persuasive manner.

• Maintain a meticulous attention to detail in all work aspects, including documentation, data analysis, and task execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• 5-10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, OEM, Distribution, and/or related business.

• Exhibits a proactive approach to sales with outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to clearly articulate ideas, negotiate terms, and meet client needs with clarity and persuasion.

• Strong aptitude for problem-solving, quickly identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.

• Adaptable and resourceful in navigating complex sales situations and addressing client concerns.

• Proven history of forming strategic partnerships and alliances to expand client bases and boost revenue streams.

• Skilled in building and sustaining long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and industry stakeholders.

• Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximizing success opportunities.

• Ability to develop strong internal and cross-functional relationships, leveraging teamwork to provide exceptional customer service and support.

• Proficient in negotiation techniques and strategic planning to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients and partners.

• Experienced in conducting thorough research, analyzing market trends, and creating comprehensive plans to drive sales and business growth.
