This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Establish robust relationships with dealers, retailers, and customers throughout New Zealand.
• Expand existing accounts while seeking out and nurturing new retail and dealer opportunities.
• Provide captivating product demonstrations, training sessions, and retail activations.
• Represent the brand at significant events across New Zealand.
• Assist in launching new products, promotional campaigns, and seasonal sales initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with retail partners to enhance product assortment, merchandising, and customer interaction.
• Maintain a structured call cycle, manage the sales pipeline, and keep CRM records updated.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform future product development and drive sales growth.
• Travel extensively across New Zealand to support customers, events, and business development efforts.
• Relevant experience in sales, account management, business development, or territory management is essential.
• Especially within sectors such as outdoor recreation, sporting goods, hunting, fishing, camping, 4WD, or similar retail settings.
• Prior experience with dealer or retail networks is highly valued.
• A genuine enthusiasm for outdoor activities is crucial.
• Well-organized, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely while managing your travel schedule independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to managing customer relationships, sales opportunities, and forecasting is required.
