This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Create a sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and timely inbound follow-ups.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to assess customer needs effectively.
• Secure high-quality deals that align with customer specifications.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with both prospects and customers.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and maintain precise sales forecasting.
• Experiment with various messaging, positioning, and sales tactics.
• Over 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, specifically in an Account Executive or closing role.
• Strong skills in lead generation and outbound prospecting.
• Demonstrated capability to handle the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to deal closure.
• Proficient in discovery, negotiation, and closing processes.
• Ability to assess leads based on their intent, urgency, and suitability.
• Exceptional communication skills and adept at stakeholder management.
• High level of responsibility for achieving revenue targets and managing the sales pipeline.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
