This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Interact with C-level executives and technical leaders to gain a deep understanding of their strategic challenges, articulating how our AI platform addresses their fundamental operational and financial issues.
• Enhance the GTM & Sales Playbook: Play a vital role in optimizing our go-to-market strategy and sales processes. This involves refining the ideal customer profile (ICP), contributing to our sales methodology, and assisting in tracking essential metrics and KPIs that indicate our success.
• Take Ownership of the Full Cycle: Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to delivering engaging product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing intricate, high-value deals with industry leaders.
• Create a Data-Driven Pipeline: Design and implement data-driven outbound and inbound strategies to establish a strong and predictable revenue pipeline. Master our CRM to manage your workflow and generate accurate forecasts.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer: As a key member of the GTM team, relay direct market and customer insights to our Product and Engineering teams, ensuring we create solutions that meet market needs.
• Utilize Modern Software and Automate Processes: Collaborate with us to leverage cutting-edge technology to automate and enhance your daily operations, driving innovation and expanding the limits of what is achievable.
• A "Figure-it-Out" & Hunter Mentality: You are a natural problem-solver and a self-starter who excels in uncertain situations, with a relentless drive to establish new business ventures.
• Board Room Ready: You excel at managing complex conversations among multiple stakeholders and possess the confidence and credibility to engage effectively with VP and C-level executives.
• Digitally Savvy, Data-Driven & AI-Proficient: You are adept with modern systems, thinking in terms of data, funnels, and conversion rates. You can create your own reports and dashboards to measure key metrics, and you approach challenges creatively, utilizing modern AI tools to streamline and expedite workflows.
• Outstanding Communicator: You have exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner. Professional fluency in both German and English is required.
• Residing in Munich, Berlin, or Münster.
• Expertise in Energy: Demonstrated success and a solid understanding of the energy market.
• Genuine Startup Experience: You have been a founder or an early-stage employee (fewer than 20 people) and have thrived in a setting where you actively contribute to building and scaling commercial processes.
• Industry Expertise: Experience in selling complex software or technical solutions within the manufacturing, industrial, or energy sectors.
• B2B SaaS Sales Acumen: Ideally, you possess experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record in this domain.
