This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create and execute a thorough sales strategy aimed at meeting the company’s sales objectives and broadening our customer network.
• Guide, coach, and oversee the sales team, cultivating a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
• Identify and seek out new business opportunities with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations.
• Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a professional and streamlined process.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasts and inform strategic decisions.
• Work in close collaboration with the marketing and product development teams to ensure our services meet market demands.
• Represent Qureos at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
• Demonstrated work experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a comparable senior sales role, preferably in the EdTech, HR Tech, or recruitment sectors.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Solid business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• A genuine enthusiasm for Qureos's mission to empower young professionals.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
