This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients and partners, acting as the primary representative of the company to facilitate communication regarding sales opportunities, service delivery, installation schedules, and billing inquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive management of relationships, prompt resolution of issues, and strategic introductions of new products, services, and enhancements that cater to the evolving needs of clients.
• Establish and maintain a solid network of resources to consistently identify new sales leads and enhance OneCloud's market presence.
• Recognize and comprehend customer product or service needs, then recommend and position customized solutions to fulfill those requirements.
• Showcase the functionalities and advantages of products and services to clients, emphasizing the features and benefits that are most relevant to each prospect.
• Prepare and present professional quotes, down payment terms, bid specifications, and proposals in accordance with company pricing guidelines and approval processes.
• Keep detailed records of all sales activities—including opportunities, calls, orders, lost business, and issues related to customer or vendor relationships—in Salesforce, ConnectWise, or other designated CRM and business software.
• Meet or surpass sales targets while effectively managing expenses to optimize organizational profitability and promote sustainable growth.
• Assist colleagues in achieving their goals, provide constructive feedback for process improvements, and nurture a positive team culture that aligns with broader company objectives.
• Take accountability for your business territory and client relationships, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while representing yourself and the company.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a proven ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Comprehensive understanding of the technical products and services being sold.
• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, with the ability to multitask and maintain urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo background and reference checks.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• A minimum of two years of relevant sales experience, preferably in telecom, technology, managed services, SaaS, UCaaS, VoIP, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience supporting and participating in team sales initiatives, including gathering and presenting relevant information for assigned accounts.
