This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire sales process for mid-market and commercial prospects across the APAC region.

• Execute outbound prospecting initiatives, transform inbound leads into demonstrations, and utilize Okendo's Value Selling approach.

• Develop and finalize a pipeline of qualified deals, establishing yourself as a product authority and a trusted advisor to eCommerce brands throughout the area.

• Actively create new opportunities through outbound outreach, participation in events, partner referrals, and networking within the industry.

• Participate in industry events and conferences across the APAC region, representing Okendo in a consultative and brand-appropriate manner.

• Lead contract and commercial discussions with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms while prioritizing long-term partnerships.

• Maintain exceptional CRM practices in HubSpot.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and onboarding teams to guarantee seamless transitions and a premier customer experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a closing Account Executive position within the SaaS or technology sales sector.

• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing quotas in a full-cycle sales environment.

• Methodical and diligent in managing opportunities from start to finish throughout the sales cycle.

• Excellent communication and listening abilities; capable of establishing rapport with both decision-makers and champions.

• Proficient in identifying a merchant's challenges and converting them into a compelling, customized Okendo solution.

• Comfortable attending industry events, conferences, and strategic initiatives; willing to travel within the APAC region as required.

• Strong understanding of CRM best practices; maintaining data integrity and providing accurate forecasts are essential.

• Preferred: Familiarity with HubSpot.

• Preferred: Experience within the Shopify ecosystem (Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, or similar eCommerce platforms).
