This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Your primary responsibility is to consult and assist customers in addressing their challenges related to influencer marketing, while guiding them through the Modash purchasing process.
• Deliver and foster exceptional customer experiences.
• Conduct in-depth customer discovery to gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer's current position, their targeted goals, and strategize on how to achieve them.
• Go the extra mile to assist customers in resolving any and all issues.
• Curate relevant demos, customer stories, and materials tailored to the specific team you are engaging with.
• Continuously enhance and refine your expertise in managing effective creator partnerships, while also honing your customer-centric sales skills.
• Manage your own pipeline and successfully close deals.
• Arrange regular meetings, primarily scheduled during European time zones.
• Balance the pursuit of new business opportunities while dedicating time to cultivate existing deals.
• Encourage product adoption throughout the sales cycle to secure long-term contracts and boost retention rates.
• Develop deal plans to identify overlooked gaps and new potential opportunities.
• Propel deals forward with clear follow-ups and defined next steps.
• Ensure the CRM is accurate and up-to-date, providing a clear view of the current status of deals.
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Success, Support, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• A demonstrated track record of successfully closing deals, having managed an inbound sales process in a SaaS company or possessing similar consultative sales experience in a fast-growing startup environment. Familiarity with B2B sales is essential.
• Curiosity and empathy to be an attentive listener, comprehend your clients' motivations, and seek innovative ways to enhance sales.
