This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in sales prospecting through digital means and by attending conferences.
• Establish and nurture relationships with law firms, assisting them in achieving their business objectives through tailored marketing strategies.
• Assess the needs of potential clients and propose customized solutions that emphasize our unique advantages over competitors.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and prospects, maintaining regular communication through outreach efforts.
• Keep an organized CRM system and routinely update the sales pipeline.
• Prepare for and participate in networking conferences.
• Achieve sales targets and departmental objectives.
• Provide assistance with additional sales-related tasks as required.
• A minimum of 2 years of comprehensive sales experience focusing on securing contracts with attorneys and law firms in a dynamic, high-volume digital marketing or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to actively pursue and finalize new business and revenue opportunities.
• Strong skills in consultative selling and relationship development.
• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM and managing sales pipelines effectively.
• Willingness to travel to conferences regularly (approximately 10-15 times per year).
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and a commitment to expanding expertise in the field.
