This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with essential healthcare organizations, oncologists, and other pertinent stakeholders. Gain an understanding of their needs, challenges, and objectives.

• Create and implement a thorough sales strategy aimed at boosting revenue growth and meeting sales goals. Pinpoint new opportunities for product utilization and expansion.

• Comprehend our AI-driven medical tests, their uses, and the value they provide to healthcare practitioners and patients. Be equipped to effectively convey this information to clients.

• Remain informed about industry trends, competing products, and market shifts. Leverage this knowledge to effectively position our solutions.

• Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to synchronize sales initiatives with product launches and promotional campaigns.

• Prepare and present compelling presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the advantages of our personalized therapy solutions.

• Lead negotiations, address objections, and finalize sales agreements. Ensure that contracts and agreements are executed without delay.

• Maintain precise and current records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions utilizing a Client Relationship Management system.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (such as science, business, etc.).

• Demonstrated success in healthcare or medical sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare sectors.

• Strong comprehension of the healthcare landscape, including knowledge of cancer diagnostic tests and/or treatments.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

• 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in Oncology/Urology (strongly preferred).
