• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with key healthcare institutions, oncologists, and other pertinent stakeholders. Grasp their needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Formulate and implement a thorough sales strategy aimed at driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Discover new avenues for product adoption and expansion.
• Acquire a deep understanding of our AI-driven medical tests, including their applications and the value they offer to healthcare providers and patients. Communicate this knowledge effectively to clients.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics. Leverage this information to position our solutions effectively.
• Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to synchronize sales initiatives with product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and present compelling presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the advantages of our personalized therapy solutions.
• Lead negotiations, address objections, and finalize sales agreements. Ensure the efficient execution of contracts and agreements.
• Keep accurate and current records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using a Client Relationship Management system.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (science, business, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in healthcare or medical sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare sector.
• Strong comprehension of the healthcare industry, with familiarity in cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in Oncology/Urology is highly preferred.
