This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with key healthcare organizations, oncologists, and other pertinent stakeholders.
• Formulate and implement a thorough sales strategy aimed at driving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives.
• Comprehend our AI-driven medical tests, their uses, and the benefits they provide to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics.
• Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to synchronize sales initiatives with product launches and marketing efforts.
• Create and present compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
• Lead negotiations, address objections, and finalize sales agreements.
• Maintain precise and current records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions utilizing a Client Relationship Management system.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, etc.).
• Demonstrable success in healthcare or medical sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare industries.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare sector, including familiarity with cancer diagnostic tests and/or treatments.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel to engage with clients as necessary.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in Oncology/Urology is highly preferred.
