This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with key healthcare organizations, oncologists, and other significant stakeholders.
• Create and implement a thorough sales strategy aimed at driving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives.
• Gain a deep understanding of our AI-driven medical tests, their applications, and the value they offer to healthcare providers and patients.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
• Collaborate closely with our Marketing team to synchronize sales activities with product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and present compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
• Lead negotiations, address objections, and effectively close sales transactions.
• Maintain precise records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions utilizing a CRM system.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (science, business, etc.).
• Demonstrated success in healthcare or medical sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical or AI healthcare sectors.
• Strong comprehension of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of cancer diagnostic tests and/or treatments.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven, goal-focused, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients as necessary.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in Oncology/Urology (Strongly Preferred).
