• Assist with the daily management and implementation of strategies across wholesale, distribution, and retail accounts.
• Facilitate communication with retailers and distributors, ensuring timely follow-ups and ongoing account management.
• Organize item setup forms, new item submissions, retailer portals, and vendor onboarding documents.
• Aid in managing distributor relationships, including handling UNFI operational requests, submissions, and account coordination.
• Oversee timelines, follow-ups, and communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Support trade planning, retailer programs, and sales assistance initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and field teams to guarantee effective execution of brand initiatives and campaigns.
• Maintain reporting, trackers, and documentation for accounts.
• Provide operational and administrative support across accounts such as Whole Foods, Sprouts, Ulta Beauty, and The Vitamin Shoppe.
• Assist leadership with various account projects, reporting, and sales support initiatives.
• 2-3+ years of experience in CPG sales support, account management, or retail operations.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience working with UNFI.
• Familiarity with the processes of Whole Foods Market and/or Sprouts is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting accounts for Ulta Beauty and/or The Vitamin Shoppe is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in wellness, beauty, food/beverage, or natural CPG is preferred.
• Must reside in the U.S.
