Sailpoint ISC Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and address SailPoint-related Jira tickets and support inquiries.

• Diagnose and resolve issues within the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform.

• Assist with SailPoint ISC implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvements.

• Create and sustain API integrations with associated applications and systems.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to enhance identity governance and access management processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

• Proficient in troubleshooting and providing platform support.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, and identity management workflows.

• Understanding of Jira and incident/request management methodologies.

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) principles.
