Sage X3 Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Propose customized technology solutions for clients and potential clients, tailored to their unique business requirements.

• Utilize “Selling Through Curiosity” discovery techniques to comprehend customer objectives.

• Work in collaboration with consulting managers, sales, and project teams to evaluate business strategies and enhance solutions.

• Develop product demonstration scripts that address customer challenges.

• Conduct product demonstrations that may last from a few hours to full-day sessions.

• Establish and uphold best practices for implementing products.

• Create detailed process and data models by employing modeling techniques and adhering to enterprise data standards.

• Lead the initial design phases, problem-solving efforts, and software architecture assessments.

• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to formulate solutions and address issues.

• Collaborate with project and consulting managers to efficiently allocate technical and development resources.

• Achieve budgetary objectives and financial benchmarks.

• Investigate and develop new offerings for the practice.

• Support the Consulting Manager in making decisions regarding supported products and market sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sage X3 application consulting or as a Sales/Solutions Engineer with other ERP systems.

• Experience in leading the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from inception to production as either a functional or technical consultant.

• Demonstrated industry experience in delivering highly available and scalable ERP solutions.

• Proficient in generating high-level estimates based on minimal requirements.

• Skilled in producing functional and technical Solution Design documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel across North America.

• Customer approval may be necessary to access customer information, systems, and/or premises.
