This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• **Key Responsibilities:**
• - Design, configure, and tailor Sage Intacct to align with business requirements, guaranteeing smooth integration with current financial and operational processes.
• - Create and refine financial reports, dashboards, and analytics within Sage Intacct, ensuring they are accurate and user-friendly for stakeholders.
• - Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect requirements, pinpoint challenges, and propose effective solutions within the software.
• - Apply best practices in financial management by ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls throughout Sage Intacct configurations.
• - Assist in data migration and integration initiatives, utilizing SQL, scripting languages, and data integration tools when necessary.
• - Diagnose system issues, address technical challenges, and offer recommendations for improving system performance.
• - Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and customizations to ensure clear records of the solutions implemented.
• - Provide training to end-users on Sage Intacct functionalities and best practices to boost system adoption.
• **Qualifications:**
• - Over 3 years of demonstrated experience with Sage Intacct, encompassing implementation and configuration of GL, AP/AR, Cash Management, Multi-Entity, and Reporting.
• - Profound understanding of workflows, automation, and API integrations to enhance system performance.
• - Familiarity with GAAP and internal controls, along with experience in data migration, system mapping, and financial reporting.
• - Proven experience managing comprehensive ERP implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• - Capability to train users and effectively document processes.
• - Sage Intacct Certifications or other relevant accounting certifications are advantageous.
• - Expertise in Sage Intacct modules, customization options, reporting functionalities, and integrations.
• - Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, or data integration tools is beneficial.
• - Strong understanding of financial management processes, including general ledger, AP/AR, cash management, reporting, and budgeting.
• - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• - Strong communication skills, enabling collaboration with stakeholders and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
• - Capability to work efficiently within a team and across departments to facilitate system success.
• - High attention to detail to ensure precision in system design and configuration.
