This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the development of new processes, methodologies, and documentation for standard operating procedures.
β’ Offer support and guidance to junior staff members.
β’ Evaluate, enhance, and document program requirements, which include mission scope, objectives, resource availability, intelligence, operational needs, and the needs of stakeholder leadership.
β’ Gather, assess, and provide recommendations for creating frameworks and strategies aimed at optimizing workflow processes and production efficiency.
β’ Design, coordinate, and oversee safety requirements for site surveys, warehouse operations, installations, testing, and restoration activities.
β’ Ensure that personnel adhere to relevant safety plans, training protocols, hazard controls, and reporting procedures.
β’ A bachelor's degree and 6β8 years of experience, or equivalent relevant professional experience; each year of work experience may be substituted for a year of education required.
β’ A bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with certifications pertinent to the functional role.
β’ Must possess Secret clearance to begin employment.
β’ Relevant certifications for the functional role, such as OSHA 30-Hour Construction, Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST), or Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
β’ Capability to develop, coordinate, and monitor safety requirements for site surveys, warehouse operations, installations, testing, and restoration activities.
β’ Ability to ensure that personnel comply with applicable safety plans, training obligations, hazard controls, and reporting protocols.
