This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Spearhead transformative SaaS sales initiatives, identify gaps, enhance pipelines, and drive genuine revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with leadership in a flexible, remote role based in the US.

• Evaluate CRM utilization, data integrity, and accuracy of reporting.
• Review forecasting models and mechanisms for tracking sales performance.
• Create comprehensive, well-structured documentation detailing findings and suggested enhancements.
• Convert insights into actionable, practical solutions.
• Collaborate across departments with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Facilitate the adoption of new processes through effective guidance and change management strategies.
• Over 15 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales consulting.
• Demonstrated success in assessing and enhancing sales processes within B2B settings.
• Profound knowledge of CRM systems, sales analytics, and forecasting methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with senior leadership.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to distill complex insights into straightforward, actionable recommendations.
