SaaS Platform Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design of applications for SaaS platforms, workflows, and implementation procedures.

• Perform system analysis and suggest optimal integration techniques to align with business and sustainment strategies.

• Create documentation for platform designs and execute impact assessments for new requirements.

• Tackle intricate challenges related to systems integration, compatibility, and configuration across various instances.

• Conduct feasibility studies on prospective future projects to aid in management decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Engineering teams to ensure platform solutions align with the organization's strategy.

• Supervise the implementation and maintenance of platform integrations, ensuring they meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

• Guide data normalization efforts for platform migrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in SaaS platform architecture and integration.

• Possession of an active IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive or Tier 3 (T3) security clearance at the time of proposal submission.

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification.

• IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 certification, demonstrating proven knowledge and application of the ITIL framework.
