This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement the business strategy for the territory to optimize revenue growth opportunities.
• Actively support and embrace the company’s technology-driven approach by consistently recording prospect and client meetings, pipeline opportunities, tasks, demonstrations, and illustrations in the CRM on a weekly basis.
• Develop and put into action annual sales plans, reviewing these plans on a quarterly basis.
• Must be open to learning new technologies and applying them routinely in this role.
• Collaborate with the Delaware Life Marketing National Sales Consulting team for large advisor meetings and to facilitate complex sales assistance.
• Work closely with the Internal Sales Team to drive sales outcomes.
• Utilize our CRM solution efficiently to prospect, manage leads generated from campaigns, update customer records, oversee a pipeline of opportunities, and deliver precise forecasts for the assigned territory.
• Conduct comprehensive sales presentations, including product demonstrations that showcase key benefits through individual and group sessions, seminars, workshops, and branch meetings.
• Leverage existing relationships to facilitate small to large meetings utilizing internal resources.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective and current clients within the client organization and Delaware Life Marketing.
• Engage in lead development, follow-up, qualification, and targeted account selling in person, via phone, and through virtual technology.
• Manage expenses promptly and comply with company policies regarding advisor and firm sponsorships.
• Over 5 years of wholesaling experience with a proven track record of annuity sales success in bank and/or broker-dealer channels.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63, and Life Insurance licenses are mandatory.
• Established relationships with key bank and independent broker-dealer advisors and firms within the defined territory.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Proven success in annuity sales.
• Demonstrated ability in building advisor relationships.
• Experience in lead development, follow-up, qualification, and targeted account selling through various communication methods, including in-person, phone, and virtual platforms.
• Strong organizational skills alongside effective time management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, such as SalesForce or similar platforms.
• A valid Driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
