This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 companies.
• Manage executive relationships: identify key stakeholders, conduct C-suite meetings, present business reviews, and facilitate the transition from pilot programs to Business As Usual (BAU) plans.
• Establish connections with essential client contacts to develop a network, engage with subject matter experts (SMEs), and enhance adoption rates.
• Supervise and resolve any support or technical issues arising from clients or suppliers.
• Conduct data analytics and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to promote Candex usage and drive revenue growth.
• Grasp, influence, and track crucial client KPIs, highlight trends, and deliver clear forecasts to both clients and internal teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients in shaping their procurement and PTP spend management strategies and priorities.
• Attain a deep understanding of Candex products.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements, improvements, or expansions to meet the needs of Candex customers and add value to the organization and its clients.
• Assist the Sales team in pursuing expansion opportunities and closing strategic deals.
• Develop repeatable processes and infrastructure to scale the Customer Success (CS) function.
• Expertise in the procurement domain: hands-on experience in procurement or PTP systems sales, implementation, or operations; familiarity with Ariba, Coupa, and ERPs like SAP and Oracle, including accounts payable/payment flows and KPIs.
• Proven experience working with Fortune 500 clients, ideally in a role focused on influencing, change, or transformation.
• Executive presence: trusted to lead C-suite-level meetings; sets objectives, prepares agendas, engages internal stakeholders, and influences outcomes.
• Demonstrated competency in:
• Challenger Process: adept at relaxed questioning, integrating data into educational moments, identifying client-led opportunities, and fostering constructive tension.
• Influencing & Tenacity: consistently drives clients toward decisive actions, anticipates potential roadblocks, mitigates risks, and turns resistance into advocacy.
• Client Relationship & Client Success Strategy: establishes measurable success criteria, formulates structured plans with owners and milestones, aligns internal resources, and forecasts revenue impact.
• Product Mastery & Questions Answering: capable of professionally addressing customer inquiries, interpreting reports, explaining delivery and transaction models, and applying knowledge of releases.
• Communication skills: concise, audience-tailored, evidence-based writing and speaking; manages uncertainties calmly and provides clear next steps.
• Internal likability & collaboration: fosters rapport, offers constructive feedback, delegates effectively, coaches peers, and contributes beyond their immediate responsibilities.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder mapping abilities; highly organized, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator in both oral and written forms.
• Technical aptitude to quickly learn software and interpret product data.
