📋 Description

• Expand Coupa’s presence by leading a high-performing sales team to unlock significant business value for clients.

• Advocate the Challenger Sale model and utilize trillion-dollar community data to revolutionize regional spend management.

• Establish C-level partnerships and drive consistent revenue growth that directly enhances customers' operating margins.

• Provide weekly sales updates, maintain Salesforce records, and formulate targeted sales strategies for accounts, sub-regions, and verticals.

• Create and deliver executive sales proposals to C-level prospects, showcasing Coupa’s strategic value proposition.

• Promote business value selling to assist team members in closing deals and penetrating key accounts.

• Aid in the development of localized content and competitive messaging to bolster regional sales initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive and proven experience in selling complex cloud/SaaS software, with a successful track record.

• 5-10 years of sales management and individual contributor experience, including a minimum of 3 years at the same company, with references available.

• Capability to meet direct sales targets while recruiting and managing a team of top sales talent in the region.

• Proficient in identifying strategic customer challenges and crafting compelling value propositions that deliver business value to clients.

• Exceptional teamwork skills, collaborating across functions and regions, and adept at working across time zones using modern tools and technology.

• Customer-success-oriented, with the ability to mentor both sales talent and clients in pursuing high-value business opportunities, and confident in engaging with all organizational levels, including C-level executives.
