• Facilitate precise communication between non-English and English speakers during calls.

• Deliver specialized services across various fields and industries, ensuring transparency throughout the conversation.

• Operate as linguistic specialists, known for quick responses and high levels of tolerance, accuracy, and expertise.

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Always be prepared to take notes during calls.

• Familiarize yourself with the specific terminology relevant to the industry in which you are interpreting, especially in healthcare and medical contexts.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages, without adding, omitting, or altering content.

• Deliver the highest standard of customer service while interpreting.

• Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and complete interpretation of messages.

• Adhere to established standards of practice.

• Participate in internal professional training sessions.

• Show a willingness to obtain new professional certifications.

• Communicate and report to your team leader regularly.

• Follow dress code guidelines for video remote interpreting.
