This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner in accordance with the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Take notes during the calls.

• Convey all messages accurately without adding or omitting any content.

• Deliver the highest quality of customer service while interpreting.

• Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and Clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient remote interpretation skills.

• Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology.

• Ability to meet technical specifications (e.g., internet connectivity, computer requirements).

• A noise-cancelling, wired headset with a microphone is mandatory.
