Russian – English OPI/VRI Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Always be ready to take notes during calls.

• Deliver all messages accurately and in full, without adding, omitting, or substituting any information.

• Ensure the highest quality of customer service during interpretation sessions.

• Facilitate effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and complete interpretations of messages.

• Participate in internal professional training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both Russian and English.

• Familiarity with specialized vocabulary in the healthcare and medical sectors.

• Must meet the technical specifications for remote work (e.g., high-speed internet, necessary equipment).

• Keen to pursue additional professional certifications.

• Required to adhere to the dress code for video remote interpreting.

• Capability to take notes effectively during calls.

• Must ensure accurate and comprehensive interpretations.
