Russian-English Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tajikistan.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls with professionalism, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Always be ready to take notes during calls.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Enable effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing accurate and comprehensive interpretation of messages.

• Participate in internal professional training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level fluency in both English and Russian.

• Familiarity with healthcare terminology.

• Availability to work during business hours as well as on weekends.

• Willingness to pursue new professional certifications.

• Experience in professional training.
