Ruby on Rails Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Development of new features on a B2B SaaS platform in the HR Tech sector

• Enhancement of existing platform capabilities

• Collaboration with product designers, Backend and Frontend developers, QA engineers, project managers, and client stakeholders

• Influence on product development and technical solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Commercial experience in Ruby on Rails development for at least 3 years

• Strong knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails

• Experience with PostgreSQL

• Understanding of REST API design principles

• Experience with Swagger and Postman

• Proficiency in Git

• Familiarity with CLI commands

• Practical experience in writing automated tests (RSpec or Minitest)

• Understanding of OOP principles, SOLID, and key design patterns

• Knowledge of building and applying microservices architectures

• Experience working in an Agile team (Scrum or Kanban)

• Active use of AI tools in daily development (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)

• Upper-Intermediate English level for client communication
