This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and implement technological solutions that enhance the speed and quality of healthcare services.
• Evaluate and interpret user stories for implementation, converting requirements into technically feasible solutions.
• Produce well-organized, clean, readable, and testable code in accordance with software development best practices.
• Conduct both manual and automated unit, integration, and acceptance testing of features to ensure system quality, stability, and adherence to established requirements.
• Sustain Inovadora's products by identifying and rectifying technical issues, bugs, and software defects.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for your tasks, ensuring system usability and comprehension while minimizing wasted time and rework for the team.
• Manage and integrate databases and storage systems, ensuring data integrity and security. Implement security protocols to mitigate vulnerabilities and safeguard data and system functionality.
• Detect software performance bottlenecks and enhance server-side efficiency to guarantee rapid response times and scalability.
• Develop APIs and web services to facilitate communication between various system components and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with your team and other Inovadora teams, addressing inquiries, identifying opportunities, and aiding in the development of solutions to challenges encountered.
• At least 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails;
• Proficient in SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or others;
• Experience in web development;
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
