This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Deliver remote technical assistance utilizing outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Accurately log service requests with comprehensive documentation in the relevant tracking systems.
• Investigate, resolve, and address user issues associated with network access, local printers, PC hardware, email, internet, VPN, and WAN.
• Install, support, and document application software, including “hot fixes” and patches.
• Ensure timely responses to client needs in accordance with established SLAs.
• A high school diploma is mandatory.
• An associate’s degree is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is essential.
• A+/Network+, HDI-SCA or equivalent service desk agent certification, ITIL, or entry-level certifications in applications, networking, or firewall technology are required.
• Familiarity with VMWare, Microsoft, Cisco, Ruckus, WatchGuard, and Citrix is preferred.
