This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in soliciting, developing, and nurturing business relationships with members and clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support the sale of specialized products and services through various distribution channels tailored to member/client needs.
• Achieve results by assessing information requests for specialized products and services and actively promoting and selling them.
• Ensure satisfaction and service quality for members/clients in line with the organization's standards and procedures.
• Foster an advisory relationship by identifying existing and potential needs to aid in client retention.
• Counsel members and clients regarding specialized products and services while ensuring their satisfaction.
• Evaluate client needs and gather and analyze relevant data.
• Manage requests and provide follow-up as necessary.
• Support members and clients by listening to their needs and suggesting tailored solutions.
• Help identify operational risks within your unit and opportunities for enhancement.
• Stay updated on the latest standards, products, and services in your area of expertise.
• A college diploma in a relevant field is required.
• At least one year of pertinent experience is necessary.
• Proficiency in French is essential.
• Advanced English skills are required due to the nature of the responsibilities, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients.
