Client Services Manager – Waste Market Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing the administration and performance of the client portfolio (projects and pursuits) to achieve BC and client business objectives.

• Actively participate as a CST member (Deputy CSM) for a Type I or Type II client; may serve as CSM for a Type II client in select instances.

• Aid in the formulation of client growth strategies and business cases aligned with 1-, 3-, and 5-year goals.

• Establish a proven record of acquiring and delivering profitable projects within Area/Market priorities.

• Adhere to utilization targets that correspond with portfolio responsibilities.

• Utilize growth and business case insights to support delivery decisions and reinforce BC’s value through measurable client-recognized outcomes.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information is maintained within BC information systems (e.g., WS+).

• Facilitate effective collaboration with SMEs and Delivery leaders to enhance service impact.

• Aid in the expansion of client relationships across different functional areas and organizational levels; collect and synthesize market intelligence to guide strategy.

• Maintain regular client engagement (approximately 20% of time, billable or non-billable).

• Recognize and communicate emerging risks that may affect client performance or BC exposure.

• Exhibit flexibility to adapt and undertake various additional tasks based on changing needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in the environmental engineering and consulting industry with increasing responsibilities, including marketing and business development.

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, sales, or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• Experience in managing large capital projects (either in sales or delivery).

• Familiarity with the waste market sector.

• Experience in site investigation or remediation.
