This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Location: Remote work available from anywhere in Canada
• The Rehabilitation Service Professional - Vocational Case Coordinator (RSP Voc CC) is tasked with receiving new TSA and EECA referrals and managing the triage process.
• The RSP Voc CC employs strong administrative and organizational abilities to handle various responsibilities and tasks while ensuring precision in their work.
• The RSP Voc CC collaborates effectively with multiple stakeholders, including Rehabilitation Service Professionals – Vocational, Rehabilitation Service Specialists, and the Rehabilitation Service Professional team.
• Collaborate with RSP Voc to accelerate the processing of Participant consent forms and RSP consultations.
• Ensure accurate completion of the RSP Voc Triage Assignment Process for assigning TSA and EECA referrals and maintain communication with RSSs and RSP Vocs during the referral triage phase.
• Manage timely and appropriate assignments to RSP Voc to optimize resource utilization and balance caseloads.
• Achieve accurate and complete tracking of referral assignments, addressing referral inquiries from RSSs concerning TSAs.
• Enhance operational efficiency by supporting RSP Vocs with mailing consent forms and following up on consults sent to treatment providers/RSPs.
• Execute the initial RSP Voc Triage Assignment Process, identifying the suitable RSP Voc and demonstrating problem-solving and collaboration skills with team members to meet this target.
• Review details of TSA and EECA referrals.
• Liaise with RSP Voc TM regarding referrals as necessary.
• Conduct the triage RSP Voc Assignment Process.
• Accurately complete and/or update referral assignments and consult follow-ups in Case Management software.
• Maintain awareness of the RSP Voc team and their respective caseloads to efficiently assign referrals.
• Communicate any identified concerns or program needs to RSP Vocs and RSP Voc TL/RSP Voc TM.
• Actively engage in working groups, projects, or initiatives to foster continuous improvement within the program.
• Assist the team and the RSP Voc TM in tracking program statistics.
• Minimum post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Medical Office Administration, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in an administrative role.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet program service standards.
• High level of confidentiality and understanding of privacy requirements.
• Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
• Employment is conditional upon obtaining Federal Level Security Clearance.
• Preferred criteria: Bilingual (French/English).
• Understanding of medical terminology.
