📋 Description

• Lead and motivate a team of high-achieving Alliance professionals.

• Establish and implement the strategic vision for critical alliances.

• Act as the chief architect for alliance governance.

• Drive complex, cross-departmental sales engagements directly.

• Cultivate a culture centered on collaborative innovation.

• Serve as the internal advocate for our partner ecosystem.

• Actively identify and address systemic bottlenecks.

• Lead initiatives focused on data and AI empowerment within the partner ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.

• Over 8 years of demonstrated success in Alliance Management.

• 3-5 years of experience in leading Alliance teams.

• Extensive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, and/or the Data Platform market.

• Proven ability to drive revenue influenced by partners across a team.

• Proficient in departmental management, performance oversight, and negotiation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to convert technology features into business advantages.

• Exceptional presentation skills for both large and small audiences.

• Experience in delivering integrated solutions that combine partner services to create collaborative offerings.

• Proficient in developing go-to-market strategies to enhance awareness of joint solutions.

• Skilled cross-functional collaborator capable of building trusted relationships and rapport.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com is expected.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
