RPM MA – Contact Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming Remote Patient Monitoring data, which includes blood pressure, glucose levels, pulse oximetry, and weight measurements.

• Perform regular outreach to patients to promote device usage and reinforce correct measurement techniques.

• Accurately and promptly document RPM-related patient interactions, device readings, adherence notes, and communications within the electronic health record.

• Execute assigned clerical and administrative tasks for nursing personnel.

• Facilitate patient engagement, care coordination, and the achievement of quality outcomes.

• Notify nursing or clinical staff of any changes in patient conditions as per established protocols.

• Ensure patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA, CMS RPM requirements, and organizational policies.

• Foster a positive, patient-centered care environment.

• Adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.

• Undertake additional duties as necessary.

• Utilize AI tools actively in daily clinical documentation and care coordination tasks.

• Participate in a rotating schedule that includes a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, covering at least two weekends each month.

• Valid Medical Assistant (MA) Certificate or proof of completion of a nationally accredited program.

• A strong passion for patient care, demonstrated through empathy and compassion.

• Excellent ability to educate patients effectively.

• Capability to work independently in a quiet, HIPAA-compliant environment.

• Dependable, high-speed internet connection.

• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.

• Genuine interest in AI and willingness to experiment with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms.

• Ability to discern when AI is beneficial and when it is not.

• Minimum internet speeds of 50 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads are required.

• A hardwired internet connection is mandatory.

• Submission of a speed test is required during the offer process.

• Must have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

• Availability to work rotating holidays throughout the year is essential.

• Mandatory coverage of at least two weekends each month is required.

• Completion of a mandatory 4-week training program from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time, is necessary.

• Preferred: Hands-on experience in telehealth and RPM.

• Preferred: Moderate to advanced computer skills.

• Evening Differential: +$1.50/hour for hours worked after 7:00 PM ET.

• Late Night Differential: +$2.00/hour for hours worked after 10:00 PM ET.

• Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour for all hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays.

• Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 paid after 120 days of continuous employment, contingent upon active employment and satisfactory performance at the time of payout.
