This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

• Collaborate closely with the Casino, AML, Finance, and Tech teams to identify automation requirements.

• Design, create, and implement RPA and Python-driven automation solutions.

• Minimize manual tasks, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and mitigate operational risks.

• Ensure comprehensive technical documentation and handover materials accompany each delivered solution.

• Adapt to changing priorities across several ongoing projects.

• Manage the complete RPA solution delivery from the design phase through to production deployment.

• Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner.

• Monitor and troubleshoot active RPA bots to guarantee their stable performance.

• Stay informed about advancements in automation and AI tools and utilize relevant technologies.

• Undertake additional responsibilities associated with the RPA Engineer position.

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in developing RPA solutions using UiPath.

• Demonstrated ability to design automation pipelines that integrate multiple systems.

• Experience in extracting, processing, and integrating data using Python, Java, or PHP.

• Proven experience in deploying and maintaining UiPath solutions in a live production setting.

• Strong understanding of APIs.

• Robust QA testing experience, whether automated or manual.

• At least 2 years of experience with Python automation, including work with APIs and Selenium.

• Proficiency in analyzing data with Python, particularly using pandas.

• Hands-on experience with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.

• Capability to maintain and update RPA scripts continuously.

• Experience in integrating RPA workflows with Python through APIs.

• Familiarity with C#, Java, or PHP for troubleshooting and bug resolution is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in agile environments while managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Strong communication skills and adept at stakeholder management.

• UiPath certification is a plus.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is advantageous.
