Master .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement intricate software solutions with a focus on back-end development.

• Create, develop, and sustain back-end services utilizing C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.

• Develop and enhance SOAP and REST APIs, adhering to best practices and versioning standards.

• Guarantee service reliability through unit and integration testing, as well as troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

• Collaborate on the integration of diverse systems and services using established software design patterns.

• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to enhance solutions.

• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and best practices to boost development efficiency.

• Work alongside a multicultural team across Brazil, Colombia, the UK, and the USA, communicating in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in production environments.

• Strong understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server.

• Proficient in database design and performance optimization.

• Practical experience with SOAP and RESTful services.

• Expertise in XML serialization and deserialization.

• Solid grasp of software design patterns and best practices.

• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in dynamic, multicultural teams.

• Advanced/Fluent proficiency in English.

• Demonstrated proactive ownership of tasks with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Strong communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A collaborative team player who values collective success.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing requirements effectively.

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

• Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic approaches to software development.

• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
