Senior Backend Developer, PHP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop, implement, and document RESTful services and APIs.

• Troubleshoot software and product databases to ensure they function correctly.

• Write clean, maintainable, and object-oriented code.

• Implement standard APIs according to architectural guidelines and frameworks.

• Integrate various data storage solutions.

• Identify areas for potential process improvements.

• Operate within a self-testing paradigm without dedicated manual QA engineers.

• Provide support for an existing project utilizing Laravel, Symfony, and React technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of development experience with PHP 7 and PHP 8.

• Strong understanding of OOP and SOLID principles.

• Familiarity with design patterns, along with KISS and DRY methodologies.

• Experience in building REST APIs.

• Proficiency with Laravel or Symfony frameworks.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis databases.

• Background in RESTful services.

• Experience using Docker.

• Proficient with Git and GitLab.

• Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.

• Experience with NodeJS, JavaScript, or React is a plus.

• Familiarity with ELK is advantageous.

• Self-organized and proactive attitude is essential.
