RPA Developer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain advanced automation solutions with an emphasis on stability, performance, and scalability.

• Conduct technical process assessments and suggest viable solutions that align with industry best practices.

• Assist in establishing technical standards and facilitate the reuse of components across team automations.

• Engage in technical evaluations and provide mentorship to junior colleagues.

• Work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements and validate project deliverables.

• Oversee and improve existing automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.

• Execute additional related tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree either in progress or completed in Technology, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related disciplines.

• Demonstrated experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.

• Proficient understanding of programming logic and system integrations (APIs, databases, files, etc.).

• Familiarity with best practices regarding version control, testing, and technical documentation.

• Capability to suggest enhancements and offer technical advice to colleagues.

• Experience in large-scale automation initiatives or projects that involve multiple systems is a plus.
