Routing Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project management activities.

• Provide training for both new and existing customers on our logistics software.

• Evaluate customers’ routing and scheduling operations to identify optimal usage of our software and services.

• Implement necessary tools and verify customer data essential for executing logistics services.

• Deliver support following implementation.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills — you are at ease with presenting to both end users and management.

• Flexible and resourceful — you confidently manage shifting priorities and changes.

• Self-motivated and collaborative — capable of handling multiple projects independently while maintaining team connections.

• Comfortable working with data — previous experience in logistics or routing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Willing to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
