Route Sales Rep

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Distribute products to clients while promoting additional offerings to enhance sales potential.

• Foster and sustain robust relationships with both current and prospective customers.

• Strategically plan and implement daily delivery routes.

• Daily loading of products at the warehouse.

• Comply with safety regulations, Fleet, and DOT guidelines.

• Perform regular inspections of the company vehicle.

• Record and relay daily sales transactions utilizing handheld devices.

• Ensure compliance with planograms (POGs) in stores.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (preferably with post-secondary education)

• Background in Direct Sales Distribution (DSD)

• Valid driver’s license

• Clean driving record

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously, plan efficiently, and make well-informed business decisions without direct supervision.

• Understanding of sales tactics and inventory management principles.

• Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible work schedules as required.
