• Develop and refine delivery routes considering store hours, geographical factors, and route capacity.
• Reallocate and reschedule visits when field representatives are unavailable to maintain consistent coverage.
• Incorporate urgent “Hot Shot” visits into existing routes with minimal disruption.
• Design one-time or special routes for supervisors to address execution challenges and explore potential new retail accounts.
• Delegate tasks to field representatives based on visit outcomes and merchandising requirements.
• Review store performance reports to identify low-performing stores and suggest enhancements in product execution.
• Assess route performance and propose new store additions to improve underperforming routes.
• Analyze data, store reports, and photographic evidence to support operational decision-making.
• Organize, update, and coordinate food sampling (demo) events according to supervisor feedback and visit reports.
• Work in conjunction with retailer corporate buyers to ensure timely delivery of demo products.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in route planning, DSD operations, logistics coordination, field operations, or similar fields.
• Experience in CPG, beverage, food distribution, merchandising, or retail operations is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of service routes, field representatives, or merchandising workflows.
• Exceptional analytical skills and route-planning capabilities.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities in dynamic environments.
• Proficiency with route optimization tools, mapping software, and scheduling systems.
• Capability to interpret data, reports, and visual/photo evidence to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with field teams, supervisors, and retail partners.
• A problem-solving mindset with the agility to respond quickly to operational interruptions.
• High attention to detail and precision in route planning or demo coordination.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is preferred.
