This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Attain established Braeburn objectives and goals for patient accessibility to products, along with other anticipated performance indicators for the designated region.
• Exhibit proficiency in sales competencies:
• Business Acumen – Analyze, interpret, and review reports, data, and facts to strategize and implement territory activities that ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual goals. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the assigned territory, including healthcare delivery, key payers, and the regulatory landscape. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging competition, reimbursement patterns, and their potential impact on patient care. Be knowledgeable of state laws and policies to effectively execute strategies within the local area.
• Scientific Knowledge – Cultivate a robust understanding of disease states and product information, ensuring compliance with FDA-approved product labeling and the REMS program.
• Customer Engagement – Collaborate with account personnel to prepare for sales meetings, identify needs and opportunities, communicate approved solutions, address customer concerns, and conduct post-call analysis for next steps.
• Utilize internally approved materials to provide information that aids physicians and office staff regarding access-related details for Braeburn’s products.
• Efficiently manage and support accounts, ensuring product accessibility and addressing reimbursement issues in alignment with Braeburn's policies and procedures, thereby enhancing customer and patient experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with all cross-functional partners at Braeburn.
• Foster ongoing communication with customers to proactively anticipate and adapt to their needs, as well as to evolving market challenges and opportunities.
• Apply sound judgment while maintaining integrity and compliance with all Braeburn policies and the Braeburn Code of Conduct.
• Maintain fiscal responsibility regarding operational expenditures.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is mandatory. An advanced business degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or field market access within biotech, specialty pharmaceuticals, or device industries.
• Demonstrated sales or field market access success as reflected in market performance reports and recognition awards.
• Capable of working independently to identify new business opportunities.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel both regionally and nationally, with some territories requiring overnight travel of up to 50-70%.
